In the Baglio of Scopello, might be the best of those restaurants–they all do very typical Sicilian pasta and seafood dishes.

Chiringuito
Pizza restaurant and very fun/casual outdoor bar in the same yard. The pizza is quite good.

Scopello Pane Cunzatu
Delicious bakery right in town that specialises in a Sicilian style sandwich, a tomato-covered bread called sfincione, and arancine.

Frutti di Mare “il Chiosco”
Go for lunch or for sunset dinner, it’s a tiny rustic casual dining patio overlooking the sea. Order the local frutti di mare (served raw), and definitely some steamed mussels and clams. Sip extremely cold white wine. Repeat. They have funny hours, you have to stop by and try your luck… Looks like a shack from the outside, very close to Trapani.
